Account Suspension or Termination: Repeated violations of copyright or other breaches of our Terms of Use can result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Copyright Infringement Notice:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been published on the Videocash website or APP without proper authorization, you have the right to submit a copyright infringement notice. This notice should encompass the following information:

• Your contact details, including email address, physical address, and phone number, to facilitate communication with both us and the uploader of the allegedly infringing work.
• A comprehensive description of the work that you believe has been subject to infringement.
• The URL or other pertinent location of the allegedly infringing content.
• A declaration asserting your good-faith belief that the use of the material, in the manner disputed, lacks authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or relevant law.
• A statement attesting to the accuracy of the provided information and your status as the copyright owner or an authorized representative, accompanied by a severe perjury warning.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent, which can be facilitated by including your full legal name at the end of the notice.

Counter-Notification of Copyright Infringement:

If you receive a copyright infringement notice that you believe to be erroneous, you have the right to issue a counter-notification. The counter-notification should contain the following details:

• Your contact information, including full legal name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
• A statement clarifying whether you represent the content uploader, such as legal representation. This should include an explanation of your relationship with the uploader.
• Identification of the content, including the URL of the removed or disabled work.
• Consent to the following jurisdiction statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where my address is located, or if my address is outside the United States, the judicial district where Videocash is situated, and I will accept service of process from the claimant." (Videocash's location is Calle Felipe de Oliveira, Copacabana, Brazil).
• A signed statement under penalty of perjury, affirming that the removal or disablement of the content resulted from an error or misidentification.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent, with your full legal name provided at the conclusion of the electronic counter-notification.

Please be aware that processing copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications may take up to 10 business days. During this period, the copyright claimant retains the option to initiate legal proceedings seeking a court order to restrict the content. It's important to note that the entire counter-notification, including any personal information, will be shared with the copyright claimant, and may subsequently be made public. The claimant may use this information to pursue legal action against you. The decision to reinstate any material rests solely with Videocash.
